1. Purpose
This page explains how to report problems, how Operator may suspend accounts or Cues, how takedowns work, and how to appeal.
2. How to report
Email support@cuevanta.com with:
- Cue ID / URL / agent ID involved;
- Date/time (America/Denver preferred);
- Description of the issue (malware, abuse, infringement, privacy, impersonation, etc.);
- Evidence (screenshots, request IDs, logs)—without stealing data or breaking systems.
Good-faith reporters should not be retaliated against. Knowingly false reports may lead to enforcement against the reporter.
3. Infringement notices (IP)
If you are a rights holder, include: your contact info; work claimed; URL/Cue ID; a statement of good-faith belief; a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized; and your signature (physical or electronic).
Send to legal@cuevanta.com.
Operator may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material. Counter-notices may be submitted by the contributor with required legal elements; Operator may restore after an appropriate waiting period unless the complainant files suit. Statutory DMCA language may be refined by counsel without changing Operator identity.
4. Suspension (mostly automated)
Automated systems may auto-suspend accounts, tokens, listings, or Cue execution when signals indicate:
- AUP / Terms / Marketplace violation;
- Abuse reports;
- Repeated verified-run failures or quality collapse;
- Security risk / scan findings;
- Legal compulsion;
Nonpayment is not applicable (free tier)—suspension is not used to collect fees.
Routine publication decisions are not made by a human queue. Owner-reserved: policy/prohibited-category changes, emergency shutdown, exceptional account action.
Suspension may be temporary while automated re-checks run. Notice will be attempted via account email when practical and lawful.
5. Takedown / unpublish
Automated systems may unpublish Cue versions, remove discovery rows, revoke allowlist entries, and equalize public errors where needed for security. Prior user license grants may not require Operator to keep hosting a dangerous Cue. Owner may order broader emergency takedown.
6. Emergency freeze
Operator may freeze discovery, disable execution globally or for a Cue class, or revoke token classes to stop active abuse. Post-incident notes may be summarized when safe.
7. Appeal
Within 14 days of notice (or of when you reasonably learned of the action), email support@cuevanta.com with subject Appeal, including:
- What was suspended/removed;
- Why you believe the action was wrong or should be narrowed;
- Corrective steps you will take.
Operator will review in good faith. Appeals are not a court. Repeat clear abuse may be denied without lengthy process. External counsel escalation is via Cos/owner only—not automatic.
8. Law enforcement
Operator may preserve and disclose data when legally required. Voluntary disclosure follows applicable law and Operator policy.
9. Relationship to CONNECT
Revocation of credentials or denial of unpublished/private Cues is normal security practice and is not a promise that public CONNECT exists. These pages do not claim CONNECT is live.
